1. No Fix, No Fee Policy

For most standard diagnostics, we operate on a "No Fix, No Fee" basis. If we cannot resolve your issue under the agreed terms, you will only be responsible for any applicable diagnostic charges or courier fees discussed during the estimate.

2. Free Estimates & Diagnostics

We provide general price ranges prior to receiving the device. Upon physical diagnostic and teardown, we supply a firm, transparent quote. We will never perform non-quoted work nor bill you hidden fees without your explicit approval.

3. 90-Day Warranty

All logic board repairs and screen installations carry a 90-day warranty effective from the date of completion. This warranty exclusively covers the exact fault we repaired and parts we supplied. It is immediately voided if the device is found to be physically damaged or exposed to liquid following our repair.

4. Data Liability & Loss

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR DATA. While we take extreme care not to erase or tamper with your data during logic board repair, hardware is highly volatile—especially dead or water-damaged devices. Data loss may occur. You are responsible for ensuring your data is backed up before delivering your device to us. For specialized Data Recovery contracts, different terms will be negotiated individually.

5. Abandonment

Devices that are left in our shop and remain unpaid for more than 45 days after the repair has been unequivocally finalized, or an explicit estimate/diagnosis has been provided, will be classified as abandoned. Device Doctor reserves the legally permissible right to recycle, sell, or utilize these machines for components to strictly offset the financial cost of uncollected labor and parts.

6. Shipping

If you utilize courier services, you are fully responsible for ensuring the device is packed securely. We assume no liability for devices damaged or lost in transit by logistics carriers before arriving safely at our facility. Return shipping will be professionally packed, tracked, and insured at the customer’s request and cost.
